Important Information for Appointments

Do not attend your physiotherapy appointment if you feel in anyway unwell.

Please do not attend the clinic if you have Covid 19. All current advice regarding Covid 19 is available on https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/

All infection and prevention control guidance from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy is followed at the clinic.

If you have any specific concerns please contact the clinic before attending your appointment.

To make the most of your appointment please consider what makes your symptoms feel better or worse and when and why your symptoms started?

Please bring all relevant health information to the appointment, for example a scan result or a post-op rehabilitation protocol and an operation note, if you have recently had surgery.

Please bring a list of all your medication, if applicable.

Access to the clinic:

The clinic is not wheelchair accessible.

There is a steep tarmac drive up to the parking area.

There is a gravel drive from the parking area up to the path.

The path has 2 single steps up and one single step down in total.

There is one step into the clinic doorway.

There are no handrails.

Please do not attend your appointment more than 5 minutes early. There is no waiting room facility.

Please wear suitable clothing that will enable the physiotherapist to complete a physical examination.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your appointment up to 24 hrs prior to your appointment. To avoid being charged the full service cost, please ensure you cancel within this period.
