You will leave your appointment with a clear understanding of the cause of your difficulty, and a comprehensive, yet straightforward plan of how to help ease your pain and improve your movement and ability.

 

Your evidenced based physiotherapy treatment program will be tailored to your specific rehabilitation goals and clinical findings from your individual assessment.  This may include exercise, specific soft tissue massage,  joint mobilisation techniques, acupuncture, taping, advice on how to start self-help strategies and education.
